Our Casual Locum Bank

We are currently not accepting applications to join our Casual Locum Bank

Please continue to check our current vacancies page to find out if we are recruiting locums.

What does being a Casual Locum involve?

Working with our committed teams, you will support the smooth running of our services, by providing high quality cover when staff are absent due to training, holiday, sickness or pending recruitment.

Depending on the position, your responsibilities could involve:

  • Appropriate key working or group activities
  • Carrying out housing management duties such as booking in clients, or helping with finances
  • Supervising the security of the building and the safety of tenants.

What kind of people are you looking for?

We look for individuals who believe in our clients' ability to change and achieve their goals, while also being able to manage and understand some challenging behaviour.

You will also have good verbal and written communication skills, an understanding of the issues that affect vulnerable people and be able to work flexibly to meet clients and service requirements. We're looking for people with a level of experience in dealing directly with the public and/or clients or customers; in a service environment (voluntary experience also qualifies).

Where could I work? And when?

You may be asked to cover a variety of shifts, so availability to work outside of normal office hours, for example, evenings, weekends or nights would be preferred.

How do I apply?

Please check our current vacancies section for information when we begin to accept applications.

Thank you.
