Trainee Programme

The St Mungo's trainee programme provides a career pathway into the homeless sector. It offers trainees the opportunity to gain the skills and experience needed to equip them to work in our front-line services and in the sector.

The trainee programme is open to people with a previous history of homelessness, and to people with little or no experience of the homeless sector i.e. a career changer. To succeed in the programme, you will need passion and commitment, empathy towards homeless people and basic administration skills.
