Our steps towards change

You helped spread the word and more people continued to sign our open letter. We reached 5,000 signatures,.

Following intensive lobbying from campaigners like you, Conservative MP Bob Blackman introduced the Homelessness Reduction Bill which had its first reading, in the House of Commons, in June.

St Mungo's and corporate sponsor Hitachi Consulting broke the Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of people in sleeping bags, to raise awareness of the campaign.

10 October

On World Homelessness and Mental Health Day, we delivered our letter to 10 Downing Street - 15,012 of you signed it. Thank you.
