Slower cyclists can enjoy a challenging ride of the 46 while more experienced riders will relish the opportunity to pit themselves against the country's top amateurs in the 100 mile sportive.

Celebrating the legacy for cycling created by the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Prudential Ride London starts in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, then heads out through central London on closed roads and into Surrey's stunning countryside. With leg-testing climbs of Box Hill & Leith Hill on the 100 mile route, made famous by the world's best cyclists at the London 2012 Olympics, and the 80,000 participants over the last four years, it's a truly spectacular event for all involved.

Ride London"It was fantastic this year. I completely underestimated how lovely closed roads are, I don't think I even touched the brakes for the first 15 miles. And the support from the public was terrific, the was a wall of noise coming through Dorking, Kingston and charging down to Putney Bridge at 35mph. And people banging the boards while you sprint down The Mall was spine-tingling. I recommend it. One of the highlights for me however, was being cheered on by the police as I was going through many a red light!" St Mungo's Ride London-Surrey cyclist 2015
