Training and consultancy in the homeless sector

St Mungo's provides training and consultancy which draws on the best practice developed and tested in our 100 plus services.

As well as being London's largest hostel provider our services include street outreach, floating support, care homes and prison services. Our service delivery is greatly enhanced through our dedicated teams working in mental health, substance use, work and learning, resettlement and client involvement.

We provide training and consultancy for clients, staff and managers. Our emphasis is on the involvement and recovery of clients and how this is achieved through best practice, and evidenced through measurable outcomes. Our commitment to developing best practice and measurable outcomes is demonstrated by the development of the Outcomes Star, which the Audit Commission described as an innovative approach to measuring soft outcomes.
