Outcomes Star Training for Keyworkers, Clients and Managers

Background to the Training

St Mungo's introduced the Outcomes Star in 2005. It has now been developed to include two new areas, ten in all, and the language improved to make it client focused. This training session can be delivered to project workers, clients and managers. It also includes a training pack, so that the full potential of the Star as a positive keyworking tool is realised and the participants can consolidate the use of the Star in their service.

Aim

This session aims to enable participants to confidently use the Outcomes Star as a positive keyworking tool, and implement this in their service.

Approach

The day will be both practical and highly interactive using a range of exercises and materials. These can be replicated within your organisation with other staff by utilising the training folder that participants receive on the day.
