Promises to our supporters

We promise to:

  • keep you informed about the work of St Mungo's and how your support is helping homeless people
  • use your money where it is most needed to change the lives of homeless people. We are always trying to reduce our costs to make your donations even more effective
  • respect your confidentiality - and treat your personal details with a high level of security
  • listen to your wishes. Let us know if you want to hear from us less or more often
  • bank your kind donations as soon as possible and acknowledge them promptly
  • get back to you quickly about any requests you have.
