Hospitality Training Programme

St Mungo's is pleased to be working in partnership with Beyond Boyle to deliver an exciting 18-month Hospitality Training Program, targeted at people in socially excluded, homeless or vulnerable situations.

Beyond_BoyleThe program is designed to inspire and motivate trainees, whilst developing their confidence and professional hospitality skills. The program is divided into 3, 6-month segments. Each segment builds on the skills and experience already developed and includes both professional and personal development training. Progress is measured at each stage to ensure that trainees are on track to succeed.

The aim of the program is to support trainees in building their confidence and developing professional hospitality skills so they can move on into fully-paid employment. The first group of St Mungo's trainees started the Training Program in May 2008.
