In London - our outreach teams work in the boroughs of Hackney, Southwark, Westminster and Ealing. We manage housing and community support projects across 19 boroughs in the capital, as well as some London-wide schemes.

Southern and South West England Regions - we manage services in Bath, Bristol, Oxfordshire, Reading, Milton Keynes and Hertfordshire. These include street outreach, complex needs housing, services for young people and around health and wellbeing, and skills and employment.

We work in four prisons across the south, and with partner providers and organisations on projects across England such as VoiceMail4All
