Woolly Hat Day 2016

Wear a hat, make a donation and help to change someone's life. It's that simple.

Woolly Hat Day is back on Friday 29 January 2016 for its sixth year - and it's bigger and better than ever! So put on your hat and have some fun to help homeless people get ahead!

Why Woolly Hat Day?

Whether you're looking for a fun way to teach your kids about homelessness, or you want to liven up the office during those January blues, Woolly Hat Day is a simple and effective way to help homeless people. Phil Spencer 2

How can I get involved?

Get your gang to wear hats all day and ask people to donate, or get sponsored to wear you're weirdest hat to work - it's totally up to you. You'll find tons of fundraising ideas on our Schools and Youth Groups and Workplace pages, too.

Don't fancy donning the hat? There are loads of other ways to get involved. And have a peak at the Celebrity Hat Auction - you could get your hands on a hat worn by your favourite celeb.

Why is Woolly Hat Day so important?

Homelessness is on the rise and we need your help to do something about it. We want everyone to have a place to call home where they can fulfil their hopes and ambitions. By taking part in Woolly Hat Day and raising money for us, you'll be helping homeless people get ahead.
