StreetLink, the national referral service managed by St Mungo's in partnership with Homeless Link, is the main service the public can use to let us know about someone they are concerned about who is sleeping rough.
By using StreetLink, members of the public can alert local authorities and homelessness organisations to people sleeping rough in their area. The information helps the outreach teams to locate people and connect them with the local services available to them to help them off the streets.
If you’re concerned about someone who is sleeping rough, please visit the StreetLink website or download the app.
If you see someone sleeping rough, and the situation is an emergency, call 999 for the police or an ambulance.
StreetLink is a volunteer led service that is always looking for new people to help manage alerts and phone calls about rough sleepers. If you are interested in helping out please take a look at our volunteering opportunities or email email@example.com.
