Face to face fundraising

Street fundraising

Face to face fundraising allows us to raise vital funds to carry out the work we do. It is also one of the most successful and cost-effective ways to recruit new supporters and raise awareness about homelessness. A large number of these new supporters will continue to support St Mungo's for many years.

When we are face to face fundraising we ask new supporters to set up a direct debit. This provides us with ongoing income meaning we can plan ahead and be there for homeless people for as long as they need our support.

Fundraisers working on the street only ask people to sign up to direct debit.

A regular gift of £10 a month could help people who have been homeless to turn their lives around

Our street fundraisers only ask people to sign up to support us via direct debit.
They never ask for or collect cash from people.
