It’s fantastic that you would like to find out more about volunteering at St Mungo’s. Are you passionate about client involvement but don’t have much time on your hands? Do you want to help our clients have a say in our 2024 client survey? If yes, you could volunteer as a Feedback Microvolunteer. This role is ad-hoc, low commitment and perfect for people who want to volunteer but only have a few hours here and there to help out. You would help us by visiting a residential service upon demand and with support from staff, helping clients to have their say in our 2024 regulatory survey so we can use their feedback to improve our services and make sure they have the best possible experience with st Mungo’s.

Please see all locations and the time commitments we are currently recruiting for in this role:

• Across Bristol and London – We will be contacting you as and when we receive support requests from our local services. We would require a minimum commitment of 3-4 hours between December and January (can be flexible about which days)
