This vital role includes answering the phone and taking down information about people sleeping rough, processing referrals made through the website, communicating with and providing practical support to rough sleepers and explaining the purpose and scope of StreetLink to referrers. In this role, you must be confident in answering phone calls and have excellent IT skills.
Please note: a compulsory information and recruitment evening will be held every month for applicants. From there, those interested and suitable will be required to complete a half-day training course. Please see the timetable below to ensure you can attend.
