Emergency Winter Appeal
When Jim was 17, he came out of care and was given a few pounds to start a new life on his own. Without the support he needed, he became homeless and slept rough for many years. Eventually, Jim met three St Mungo's project workers who helped him to rebuild his life. They worked closely with Jim for months, and finally he moved into a flat at a St Mungo's project earlier this year. He recently signed up to a training course to volunteer with St Mungo's to help other people in recovery.
A donation from you could help us welcome someone in off the streets, with a St Mungo's Welcome Pack containing warm clothes and toiletries. But it will also help us to run services which enable people to move away from rough sleeping for good - just like Jim has - with support around mental health, skills and employment.
Please give a gift today and help someone leave homelessness behind.
