We manage two projects in Oxfordshire

Outreach in Oxford

In Oxford, we work in close partnership with Oxford City Council and a wide range of voluntary sector agencies and statutory partners such as Oxfordshire County Council, Oxford Health, Thames Valley Police and drug and alcohol services. We will build on our work so far to support homeless people and those rough sleeping in Oxford, and renew efforts to help them with the best support we can provide.

West Oxfordshire Single Homeless Pathway (WOSHP)

Our West Oxfordshire Single Homeless Pathway is a 26 bed semi independent housing scheme, split across six accommodation projects, which opened in October 2010.

Of the 26 beds in the scheme, 19 are reserved for young people between the ages of 16 to 25 years, with the remaining seven for older people with support needs. The projects are based in Witney, Carterton and Chipping Norton.

A team leader and six specialist staff support clients with issues around substance use, mental or physical health, help them move on into different accommodation and encourage them to realise their full potential.

Referrals are through the West Oxfordshire District Referral Coordinator
