Volunteer with us

Could you help to make it someone’s last night on the streets?

Volunteers are an integral part of St Mungo's

From supporting our outreach teams with StreetLink referrals, to teaching art classes, our volunteers are vital in helping people in their recovery from homelessness.

Last year more than 450 volunteers supported clients across our services.

  • Access an extensive volunteer training programme and e-learning programme
  • Socialise with like minded people and other volunteers

Become a Lived Experience Trustee

We think it’s really important that the views of people with lived experience of homelessness feeds into our decision-making, right up to our Board of trustees which oversees the safe and legal running of St Mungo’s.

A vital role which further embeds the voice of the people we support is a trustee with lived experience. Someone who sits on the Board and contributes to decision making, using their lived experience of homelessness.
