Kerry is our Chief People Officer, leading Human Resources, ED&I, Resourcing, Internal Communications and Learning & Development. 

She is a senior people professional and joined in November 2022, having worked at a strategic level particularly focused on organisational and culture change. 

Her previous role was with British Transport Police where she was Deputy Director of People and Culture leading their national HR and Development functions.
