and settle into their new home in the
private rented sector.
Tenancy sustainment is all about making sure clients can keep their home and live safely and independently. It means having the right support in place — whether that’s help with rent, managing relationships with landlords, accessing benefits, improving wellbeing, or planning for the future.
Support is available to anyone who has slept rough in London and/or is moving out of supported accommodation that is predominantly for people with a history of rough sleeping.
Staff from the following service types can refer to us, we do not take self-referrals from clients;
• Commissioned Hostels – Homelessness hostels and supported housing services which predominately support rough sleepers.
• Commissioned Outreach Teams.
• Commissioned Assessment Centres – Borough and Pan-London assessment centres/hubs for people sleeping rough.
• Winter Shelters / Day Centres – which offer support to people who are rough sleeping. Local authority housing options/rough sleeping teams.
