Nana is Chief Impact Officer at The 10,000 Interns Foundation; she supports the organisation’s growth and leads the development of its impact strategy and future innovation. Her work focuses on systems change, underpinned by experience in cross-sector collaboration and driving social value across both the third and private sectors. Guided by a strong commitment to equity of opportunity and experience, Nana plays a central role in transforming outcomes for Black talent and shaping a more equitable future for British business. She is a Board Fellow at St Mungo’s, and a member of the EPOC network.
