SEND Support Volunteer

SEND Support Volunteer

About the role

It is fantastic that you would like to find out more about volunteering at St Mungo’s. As a SEND support volunteer you will support our clients to feel safe, included and confident, and fully engage in accessible gardening activities delivered by our Putting Down Roots team. We are less after the ‘perfect’ gardening skills and experience and more about the SEND ones. Therefore if you have experience supporting people with SEND or vulnerable adults, we would love to hear from you.

Please see all locations and the time commitments we are currently recruiting for in this role:

  • Wandsworth- Monday or Wednesday (or both) from 10am – 2pm.

The attached role description will give you more information on the type of tasks you’ll be undertaking in this role as well as the support you’ll get from us in return.

Recruitment for this role may be closed earlier depending on the volume of applications we receive.
