As a Strategy, Policy and Research Volunteer, you’ll play a key role in turning data and client feedback into insights that help shape our strategies and support evidence-based decision-making. Islington- Monday-Friday, 1 day per week.

For some roles we may ask volunteers to do a DBS check (previously called CRB checks). If your role requires a DBS check, when we receive your application we will ask you to disclose spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings, except those which are "protected" as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013). This is due to the vulnerability of our clients and therefore certain roles are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. Having a criminal record will not necessarily prevent you from volunteering with St Mungo's, but some convictions may require further discussion.
